Acknowledgements

The IDD&E MS program at Syracuse University prepares students like myself for becoming practitioners through a curriculum of core courses and electives – each geared to build cumulatively on Instructional and Learning theories. In each project, I have attempted to apply my professional and academic experience in Communications theory, video content creation, graphic animation, Web design, and client relations into instructional products that are meaningful to people in real situations.

As a graduate assistant for the Office of the Dean of the School of Education, I have been permitted to apply several class projects towards authentic needs for the School. This has been mutually beneficial for advancing our missions, and I am grateful to the School for these opportunities to grow and contribute. To Dean Bicklen, Jennifer Russo (Assistant to the Dean), Dr. Nick Smith, and Dr. Alan Foley, I acknowledge that my GA position has been nothing short of a treasure.

Chris Cappelletti - the Rebel Express show

I would also like to acknowledge Chris Cappelletti, 7th grade Social Studies and high school Video Production teacher at Cuba-Rushford Middle/High School in Cuba, NY for his enthusiastic participation in professional development projects and technical experiments with me over the past few years. Mr. Cappelletti is fearless, trusting, resilient – and above all – dedicated to his students.
